A few freinds night out

A few Friends and myself had some nice fish over a 3 hour Session. First into a nice bass was Iain with Will shortly following in suit with a similar size bass. We then heard young Chris had a bass too did not get his pict. Then Will had a small flounder. By this time Iain was into his second bass. Then one for yours truly. Then we heard Nico had landed a bass. So there was a few bass around. By this time Iain was landing his 3rd bass. We had heard that most of the guys were landing bass. Not a bad nights fishing.

Night out with the lads

I managed to tag along with Shane and Will on a couple of days fishing. On the friday night went digging bait then onto a bit of fishing on the hunt for bass hoping to get my first one. First bass fell to Will on his first chuck. Then we had a few flounders, a couple of missed bites and still no bass for yours truly. Then there came a shout of yahoo from Will and he had a double shoot. He had caught a bass and an other one hit him on the way in Lucky white heather eh. Nice bass too. So 3 bass Will, Shane and myself a couple of flounders. We fished for about four hours as Will was working the next day. Still not a bass for me. Next day Shane gave me a call we are going back for an other go tonight want to go. Gear was already and we headed down. First bass fell to Shane nice wee schoolie then a nice flounder. 2 Shane 0 Will and myself. Then Shane takes a cracker of a bite and lands a bass of 6lbs 3ozs and I shake my head what am I doing wrong. By this time Will is into a good bass also in the six pound mark. So with 20 Min's to go before we packed up. I got a bite with a slack line to follow could feel the fish biting and then missed it. Brought it in full of weed and low and behold on the end was my first bass.
Not a big fish but has broken my 36 years of not getting a bass. what a fish.... A good weekends fishing.
